After that, the course covers Ratio Analysis, Comparative Statement, Common Size Statement, Du-Pont Analysis, concepts of sickness, distress. In addition to this, the course also covers Report preparation of financial statement analysis, types of business combinations, consolidated financial statements, intercompany transactions and profit confirmations, minority interest, consolidated net income and consolidated retained earnings. Then the course covers Balance Sheet Under Income Tax Act and Balance Sheet Under Companies Act. Finally, the course concludes with Window dressing and Recent scandals in financial reporting.
